DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE: Deep tissue works out the kinks with therapeutic methods that integrate a collaboration of modalities including kneading, elbow pressure point, and/or gentle stretching movements to help alleviate deep seeded tension. This is a more challenging massage that really "gets in there" to reduce pain and increase mobility.

Bamboo-Fusion™ Massage: Bamboo-Fusion is a new full-body massage treatment which utilizes hand crafted warm bamboo/rattan tools of different sizes. This luxurious treatment involves long, soothing rhythmic strokes and deep pressure application. The combination provides very deep relaxation while soothing away muscle tension and pain. Essential oil blends can be added to the treatment to further enhance the benefits. Bamboo-Fusion™ incorporates healing techniques of the Pacific Rim and Tibet and is performed entirely with custom made heated bamboo and rattan tools. While fairly new to the United States, this exciting full-body massage treatment is widely popular in Europe.  A wonderful ancient technique has found it's place in the modern world of healing. Massage Cupping™ bodywork is based on the common practice of Chinese cupping therapy, and the incredible results that this simple treatment produces have truly impressed those who experience it's subtle power. By creating suction and negative pressure, Massage Cupping™ therapy is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. Massage Cupping™ bodywork is versatile and can easily be modified to accomplish a range of techniques, from lymphatic drainage to deep tissue release to cellulite & dimension reduction. This complements massage therapy.

Chi Machine Therapy: Lying on your back on the massage table-       the Chi Machine gently rocks the body back & forth side to side. Promotes relaxation, loosening of the joints, flexibility in the ankles, knees, hips, & spine. Relaxes muscles in the back, & increases circulation in lower extremities. It  can also help relieve swelling in the ankles & legs. It can increase circulation, increases oxygen in the blood, & help move lymph fluid, which can be beneficial to the immune system. 

*Contraindications: This machine should not be used when body trauma or open wounds are present, or by somebody who recently has had some form of surgery or recent fracture. Individuals who have had recent surgery can use the machine once the Dr. has released them to do normal exercise and activity.
